Returns

Our tee shirts and apparel items are printed using state-of-the-art, print-on-demand equipment. Each item is individually imprinted after you purchase it. Because your item was manufactured specifically for your specifications, we ask that you measure carefully and pay careful attention to the size charts that are included in the description of every product. But nobody's perfect, so we do accept returns of unworn / unwashed tee shirts and apparel items. Here's how it works:

* The item you're returning must be unworn and unwashed (for obvious reasons).
* You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.
* You'll need to include a note with your returned merchandise that includes your order number (so we can track your purchase and give you credit).
* When we receive your returned merchandise, we'll give you a full refund for the purchase price of the product less shipping costs (if any) on your initial order. (But since we offer free shipping on orders over $50, we hope you didn't have to pay shipping when you purchased the product).
* You'll be responsible for paying shipping costs back to us. We recommend the USPS because their rates are affordable, but you can choose any shipper you wish.

REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS:

All of our items are inspected before they are shipped, but we are aware that no supply-chain system is perfect. If your item is misprinted, damaged in transit, or defective, you can return it (for a full refund) within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number so we can credit your account.
